ARRIVAL

We are only by appointment so to be courteous of the person after you please be sure to select the best time slot to fit your availability to be on time so that your service isn't cut short. We suggest arriving 10-15 minutes prior to your appt, arriving late may limit your service time with no price adjustments made. There is a small window for grace but the appt will not be discounted or extended due to you being late.

SAFETY

When reserving your spa services please notify the spa of any medical conditions that may be affected by our services. These include allergies, high blood pressure, or physical ailments. Please tell us if you are pregnant so that we may provide you with the proper guidance, care, and comfort you need.

COMFORT

For your comfort during your experience, our therapists use professional draping techniques to ensure your privacy at all times, only exposing the area to be worked upon. While most spa treatments are best enjoyed without clothing, every step is taken to ensure discretion.

RESPECT

We request soft voices and that cell phones be silenced while in the spa so that you and the other guest may experience a relaxing spa environment.

COURTESY

If you must reschedule or cancel your services please notify us 12 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to avoid being charged the full value of your services. Spa packages require a 24 hour notice. Groups require 48 hours notice. A credit card number may be required at the time of booking.

SATISFACTION

At your convenience, a 20% gratuity charge can be added to your final bill and may be adjusted to your satisfaction.

GIVING

Be the one who gives the best gift at the next party or holiday gathering! Spa gift vouchers are available in any dollar amount in person or by email.

USAGE

S.P.A. Exclusive is an adult retreat reserved for guests 18 years of age and older. With owner approval guests under the age of 18 may take advantage of our services while accompanied by an adult.
